Our urban and metropolitan service vehicles have seats and spaces reserved for travelers with reduced mobility, the elderly, and people with disabilities, at no additional cost.

These seats are preferably located near the vehicle doors and the wheelchair user space (PMRSR) to facilitate access for users with reduced mobility or disabilities.
