Transport cards and passes

This is a rechargeable, personal, and non-transferable travel card, identified with the owner's photograph, with validity subject to legal residence on the island of Ibiza. It allows the holder to travel at a reduced price with a discount on all regular bus service lines.

You only need to have a pre-loaded balance; the credit never expires. Find out which profile applies to you by consulting the sections for each card type.

In case of requesting a duplicate, the previous card will be automatically deactivated and can no longer be used under any circumstances.

What are the advantages?

• Discounts on the single ticket price and the convenience of not having to pay in cash for every trip.
• It allows up to two transfers while traveling on 3 different lines, provided that no more than 60 minutes pass between the exit validation of one line and the entry validation of another, applying a maximum fare of 4 zones (hops).

Where can it be obtained?

The card can be requested by appointment at the Registry Assistance Office (OAMR), Ibiza Island Council (Avda. España, 49, ground floor, 07800 - Ibiza), in person or by calling 971 19 59 06 (Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 14:30) or through the website https://citaprevia.conselldeivissa.es/

Additionally, depending on the municipality where you are registered (empadronado):

• Youth Information Center (CIJSAP), Espai Jove building, (c/ Ramón y Cajal, 19, ground floor, 07820 - Sant Antoni de Portmany).
• Municipal Office Ntra. Sra. de Jesús, Jesús Cultural Center building (c/ del Faisà, 7, 07819 - Nuestra Señora de Jesús).
• Santa Eulària des Riu Town Hall (c/ de Marià Riquer Wallis, 4, 07840 - Santa Eulària des Riu).
• Cala de Bou Municipal Office (av. de Sant Agustí 86, 07829 - Sant Josep de sa Talaia).

How much does it cost?

• The first issuance of the card costs €3.00.
• Profile changes or renewals of the card are free of charge.
• In cases of theft, loss, damage due to poor conservation, or breakage, the holder must pay the corresponding fee of €8.00 for the issuance of a duplicate.
• The fee for a duplicate will be waived in case of malfunction not attributable to the cardholder.
