This free service allows people with hearing or speech impairment to access Alsa's information and sales services.

It is a web-based tool that enables real-time communication between the customer and our staff through a video call. An interpreter translates requests for information and ticket purchases, establishing a fluid online communication between both parties.

Furthermore, this service can be used in person at the information points in CETIS, Sant Antoni Portmany Station, the Airport, and Santa Eulària des Riu.
