Assistance dogs, including support dogs for people with diabetic and epileptic disorders, may travel inside the bus at no cost, under the following conditions:

• They must sit on the floor, at the passenger's feet.
• It is mandatory for the dog to wear its leash and carry all its documentation, especially the certification accrediting it as such, as it may be requested by Alsa staff at the time of boarding.
• The required accreditation is an ID card issued by the competent Department (Consejería), and an official identification badge that the dog must wear in a visible place.
