Therefore, we continuously work on improving the entire accessibility chain of our services through various solutions: adaptations for people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users (PRM and PRM-WU), transfer seats, free or subsidized companions, accessible information, adapted sales channels, etc.
For the design, development, and validation of the various initiatives and improvements included in our Accessible and Inclusive Mobility Plan, we have the support of various organizations and associations that provide the perspective of different groups with disabilities.
