RESIDENT card. What is?
This is a non-personal, non-expiring travel card (monedero). The applicable fares will be the same as for EMV (contactless card) payments, including single tickets and passes.
Who is it for?
For any user who wishes to purchase it.
Where can it be obtained?
At the designated sales points, which will be announced once the card is fully operational.
How is it topped up?
Different top-up amounts will be defined for travel cards, including the renewal of T1, T2, and T4 passes. Payment can be made in cash or by credit/debit card. For on-board card top-ups, the amount must be less than €20.
Where can it be topped up?
On board the buses, via the website, and through Alsa's Mobi4U app.
When will it be operational and available for purchase?
We will provide more information regarding the availability date through our official channels.
